principle
The micro jet high-pressure homogenizer is mainly composed of a dispersing unit and a boosting mechanism. The dispersing unit usually has "Z" and "Y" shapes inside. Under the action of the pressurization mechanism, the sample under high pressure quickly passes through the narrow gaps of the dispersion unit. At this point, the rapid decrease in pressure within the fluid results in the formation of supersonic flow velocity, particle collisions, cavitation, and turbulence within the fluid. Shear forces act on the splitting of nano-sized fine molecules, causing the composition of the fluid to exist in a completely homogeneous state.
